life transitions

Transitions are a natural occurrence, in everyone’s lives. Sometimes these transitions are stressful, emotional or rocky (the breakup of a relationship, the death of a beloved pet, a devastating diagnosis, saying good-bye as your child heads off for their adult journey). I use my years experience as a coach and therapist to help navigate through these changes with clarity and confidence. Through goal-setting and personalized strategies, coaching empowers clients to understand their values, identify opportunities, and take purposeful steps toward a fulfilling next chapter.

In my work as a therapist and a coach, I have been honored to walk with and witness many life transitions with my clients and their families. This work isn’t about fixing an uncomfortable situation, it is allowing the safe space to experience and own life transitions. With a coach or a therapist, we don’t have to worry about “protecting” anyone from our anger or fears or sadness. I don’t consider the person on the transition journey dysfunctional or emotionally ill. Finding ways to help accept, make good decisions about things and find respect and love for yourself and the ones around you is the goal here.

Through Life Transition Coaching I help clients reframe those challenges as growth opportunities to build resilience and tap into their inner strengths to move through change.
